WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Shopify Payments and Happy in your Nappy gift cards.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER? Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a gift card, the order amount will be deducted from total on the gift card. If the order total exceeds the amount on the gift card you can use another form of tender to complete the order.
DO YOU VAT? Yes, we charge VAT on all applicable orders.
IS IT SECURE TO SHOP ON YOUR HAPPY IN YOUR NAPPY? We take your security and privacy very seriously while you are shopping on our website. We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. Our shop is powered by Shopify which meets all 6 categories of PCI standards.
WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER? This can happen from time to time if your billing address you used does not match the billing address associated with your card. Make sure your billing address is correct and you can try again. If this does not solve the problem that you should contact your bank to query as to why the payment will not go through.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? Delivery times can vary depending on the product. Delivery times are quoted on each product. If you want to check up on how long a product will take or if you need it in a hurry please email email@example.com
DO YOU OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE? Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service.

CAN I INCLUDE A PRESONALISED NOTE WITH MY ORDER? If you are shipping a gift from the Happy in your Nappy range (Nappy Cake, Baby box) then you can include a personalised note with your order. We offer a free handwritten gift card with our range of gifts.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL THERE BE RECEIPTS INCLUDED? We will never include receipts or packing slips including price in your gifts. If you order is a gift please let us know with a “Message to Seller”.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RECENT ORDER? If you have an account, simply log in and click on My Orders to view your order status. We can also help check the status by Live Facebook Chat (Link on Home Page) or email.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO OR DISCOUNT CODES? You can use your Coupon Code or Discount code at the checkout process. Type or paste the code in the box and click continue. You can only use one discount code per order.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP ORDERS? We ship orders from Monday - Friday and lead time is usually quoted on individual products. Most products are shipped via courier but for some of the small items, we use An Post.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We do ship internationally. All products qualify for free shipping in Ireland and most products qualify for free shipping to the UK. If you would like to ship a product outside of these countries please email us for a quote: firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Most orders are sent via courier and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.
DO YOU CLOSE FOR HOLIDAY DURING THE YEAR? We Close on the following days Halloween, Christmas Day, St. Stephen’s Day, New Year’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, and all Irish Bank Holidays. Occasionally we may be closed additional days during the year but we always give lots of notice and will email our customers if we are off on holidays.
