Please read our information regarding shipping and delivery. Please note that timescales are only a guide and may take longer from time to time, in many cases your delivery may be received sooner than expected. If you would like any information on delivery please give us a call on 086 1037317 and a member of our team will be happy to discuss delivery timescales with you.

• Orders received Monday-Thursday – we be dispatched same day if ordered before 11am or next day if ordered after 12
• Orders received between Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday
• Courier operates on a Monday to Friday basis. No deliveries are made on the weekends or bank holidays.

If you require your gift by a specific date and would like a guaranteed delivery day please contact us prior to ordering and we will endeavor to get it delivered on our required date.

 If you purchase more than one baby gift or nappy cake, depending on the nature of the items we may have to send them in separate parcels, which may be delivered separately.

Sending your gift to an alternative delivery address

At the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm the billing address and the delivery address. The billing address should be the address the payment card is registered to. Ensure you enter the delivery address you would like your order to be sent to.

When sending a gift to an alternative delivery address, please include their name, address and contact telephone number to ensure delivery. Our courier requires a contact telephone number on all deliveries.

Please ensure you check the delivery address carefully as HAPPY IN YOUR NAPPY cannot be held responsible for any problems where an incorrect, old or incomplete address has been given.

Please note that our courier services requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel from HAPPY IN YOUR NAPPY.

 HAPPY IN YOUR NAPPY will not be responsible for any delays incurred by the courier. We are also not responsible for any matters regarding the courier attempting delivery if there is nobody available to sign for your parcel.

HIYN cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by measures beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, courier break down etc. We are also not responsible for delays or parcels returned to us if an incomplete or incorrect address is supplied by you. Please ensure you check your delivery address when placing your order.
